Greater Manchester Good Employment Charter: Best Practice Conference and Assembly
Join us for the Good Employment Charter's annual Best Practice Conference and the introduction of the GMGEC Assembly. Bringing together employers, Charter Members and partners from across Greater Manchester, the event will showcase inspiring examples of good employment in action, celebrate organisations leading the way and explore the future direction of the Charter. Attendees will hear from sector leaders, gain practical insights, and contribute to discussions on the opportunities and challenges shaping good employment across the region.

Inclusive Recruitment with BSL Interpreter
Hosted by Aspire in Partnership as part of Good Employment Week, this event will explore how to design fair, accessible, and effective recruitment practices—from job design and advertising through to interviews and selection. You’ll gain practical tools to reduce bias, improve candidate experience, and ensure your recruitment process enables all candidates to demonstrate their potential. The session also considers the overall inclusive framework that needs to be in place at an organisation to aid attraction and retention of diverse employees. A BSL Interpreter will be present at this webinar.
