We’re excited to announce a Good Employment Week competition where you can WIN 2 tickets to the 2025 Good Employment Awards! This is your chance to showcase the great employment initiatives your organisation has implemented and highlight why your employees are proud to work for you.

This competition is open during Good Employment Week only (7th-13th October).

To enter, simply create a short video (60 seconds max) that shows:

1. A good employment initiative in action at your workplace, and
2. Why your employees are proud to be part of your team.

The initiative could be anything from supporting employee wellbeing, flexible working arrangements, or improving diversity and inclusion. Focus on the content—don’t worry about high production value. Just get creative and have fun!

Entries will be judged on how well they highlight good employment practices and employee pride.

The prize includes:

• 2 tickets to the 2025 Good Employment Awards (including 3 course meal, drinks and access to the full ceremony)
